• Return condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached and intact.
• Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.
• Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: intimate apparel, customized or personalized items, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items with removed tags or damaged packaging.
